If you agree to an upgrade or additional services suggested by your service provider, you will be responsible for fees based on additional services. 

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, if you have any allergies please notify your service provider beforehand.

Children may not be left unattended at anytime even when being serviced.

We do not accept payment in the form of checks.

We have the right to refuse service to any customer.

Please be aware we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

We require a credit card on file in order to make an appointment. We kindly remind our clientele of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments missed or not rescheduled within 24-hour notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services.

We greatly appreciate your business. If you have any concerns or complaints, please do not hesitate to discuss them with us so we can correct any error.

Pickup Policy:

• When you place your order make sure you mark pickup.
• If order is not picked up within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Shipping Policy:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or telephone.
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s) which will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

• Mission Beat'T is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process. 
• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued!
